Duffy known later on as Spuffy is one of the many pups in Doug and Delilah's brood. He is a 7-year-old puppy who loves to hang around with his older brother. Duffy/Spuffy would serve the role as a titular protagonist from his universe of the same name. And as "Spuffy" he plays a prominent role through Magistralverse as a supporting antagonist and major anti-hero/anti-villain.
He is a likely ally of most of the Dalmatians and even the Camden Town residents.
He is the presumable enemy of Cruella de Vil and Hunter De Vil. And the possible archenemy and Malik; his evil-counterpart.

He likely plays a role as a reoccurring character as an overall supporting protagonist in his in-story Fanon universe for 101 Dalmatian Street. And he plays somewhat of a role as a brief deuteragonist/tritagonist eventually progressing to a supporting heroical/villainous antagonists in Magistralverse.
